These Monthly Gatherings were created because so many of us wish we had a safe  space where we can be ourselves, and share from our hearts and our broken places in order to retrieve the Holy Wholeness that has always been inside of each of us.

This is a place for you to be you, to share, to exhale, to receive, and to reconnect to the Truth, Love, and Wisdoms that have always been inside of you.

So many of us move through life feeling:

And yet…

How can we truly be seen if we are not fully showing ourselves?

Honesty begins within.

Before we can be honest with others,
we must first come home to ourselves.

To gently notice:

• what we truly feel 
• what we want 
• what we need 

Without judgment ~  Without fixing

For many of us 

it didn’t feel safe to be honest.

So we learned to:

• hide our feelings 
• silence our needs 
• become who we thought we had to  be 

And our patterns were not wrong.
They protected us.

Over time, they can also become what keeps us from the connection we truly desire.

The invitation is rather simple:

Come home to yourself.
Meet yourself exactly where you are.
Stop trying to fix or manage yourself.

And instead -
Listen    Feel   Allow

From here, something new becomes possible:

Your life begins to rearrange itself as you  you are now living with  

self respect, self compassion, dignity.

 We have given our authority, our knowings to those outside of ourselves.  As children we learned to do this.  We learned to trust that 'others' know better.  

It is time to release what is in the way of our being our True Authentic Selves.

Turning Inwards - there is no one outside of you who knows your Truths as you do.  Are you ready to Reconnect with your True Knowing and your Inner Authority? Would you like to remember how to listen to your body, to your feelings and have permission 

to honor them and follow them.   

We are the Angels, the Star Beings, the Masters, the Alchemists we have been waiting for.

I will guide you in how to gently turn towards these painful realizations with Compassionate Awareness.  

Gentle honesty with yourself begins the alchemical process of healing and re-establishing your connection with your Innocence and your True Self, your true feelings and knowings.  Inner Reconciliation.
