 Each Monthly Gathering will include: guidance/teaching, conversation/sharing, aha moments and a closing guided meditation/activation.

Each Gathering will focus on a specific topic.

These Small Group Gatherings activate an energetic, emotional, mental and spiritual transformation that supports the shift from simply understanding and knowing these concepts with your mind into an embodied understanding that allows you to finally begin living this way.  It's time and we are soooo ready!

When did we starting abandoning ourselves - our truths, feelings, knowings, wants and desires...  and why? 

I will guide you in how to gently turn towards these painful realizations with Compassionate Awareness.  

Gentle honesty with yourself begins the alchemical process of healing and re-establishing your connection with your Innocence and your True Self, your true feelings and knowings.  Inner Reconciliation. 

Who among us couldn't use support to complete this pattern and finally create The New You!
